FAVORITES
Riding Spot: Backwater of Canyon Lake
Pro Rider: Trevor Hanson and Gretchen Hammerburg
Tricks: I would have to say my favorite trick is a raley even though I can’t do one just yet! But other than that I love any trick off axis or that has a bind landing.
Tricks (Toeside or Heelside): Everyone likes heelside trickes, so I would have to go with toeside just to be different!
Music: Anything that does not scream is perfectly fine with me! If I had to choose though, I like Lincoln Park, Rascal Flats, Mike Jones, and Kelly Clarkson.
Food: I love Taco Bell a.k.a. TB and Chipotle!
Off Season: During the off season you will find me zipped up in my dry-suit in the backwater of Canyon Lake practicing for the upcoming season. Rain or shine I will be out there! I also will be hitting up the mountains for a little bit of snowboarding.
Favorite Person: I can’t just have one favorite person because I have many favorite people! Everyone from Esperanza is on the top of that list as well as anyone who has helped me out this season.
Best Accomplishment: Advancing to the finals of the Pan American Games and then taking 4th overall.
Other Sports: I have pretty much played every sport there is from softball to basketball to soccer, and I have enjoyed all of them. Right now however my only concentration is improving my riding for the 06’ season.

Series Champion for the Women’s Division for the Canyon Lake Wakeboard Club.

COMPETITION SCHEDULE for 2006:
I have yet to receive all the dates for the 06’ season. However I will be gearing up to ride at all the Canyon Lake Wakeboard Club events, as well as the Arizona Wakeboard Association events. There has been a new WWA series add to the list of competitions that will be held in Central Cal this season, and I will definitely be gassing up the car to ride up there. Also, I will most certainly be at Nationals, Pan American Games, and hopefully Worlds this year.
I would just like to say a quick thank you to everyone who has helped me this past year. First off I need to say thank you to God for blessing my life so much this past year. Tim, Wade, Pete, and everyone else at California Correct Craft for taking me on this season! Josh from Southern California Watersports, Brent from SoCal Wakeboard Instructions, Eric from CIRE clothing, and of course Steve Bates from CWB. All of you are wonderful people and thank you all for believing in me! Also, Jesson and Gretchen for being so inspirational and supportive of my riding! Lastly, I need to say HUGE thank you to my Mom, Dad, and Grandparents. All of them have been there for me this past year in countless ways and I love them all. Dad thank you for everything, you are my backbone and my inspiration. There’s one last thing, I would like to dedicate this upcoming season of riding to my Mom. Mom, thank you for moving to the lake for me and putting that one step closer to my dream. I won’t let you down and I love you to the stars and back. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13 |
